At Care Education, we believe lasting change begins when people have access to knowledge, opportunity and the confidence to shape their own futures.
Across India, we partner with communities to expand access to quality education, bridge the digital divide and foster locally led development that creates meaningful, sustainable impact. Through innovative learning programmes, training in AI and emerging technologies, and strong community partnerships, we equip children, youth and adults with the tools to thrive in an increasingly connected world, nurturing local leadership, promoting inclusion and helping communities build a future where every learner can succeed.
Care Education
Everything we do sits under one of the three pillars. Together they help people learn, connect and shape the future of their own community.
Helping residents earn, stay active and improve their neighbourhoods, together with panchayats and local partners.
Enabling learning that happens in the community, for children, young people and adults.
Bringing AI and emerging technologies to schools, educators, students and the wider community.
Care Education brings together a team with years of hands-on experience in community work, corporate partnerships and skills training. We put that experience to work in every programme, from the first plan to delivery on the ground.
Working directly with communities on locally led initiatives, alongside residents and local leaders.
Designing and delivering programmes with corporate partners, backed by clear plans, strong governance and regular reporting on impact.
Running practical training that helps people build skills for work, everyday life and the digital world.
Every donor, volunteer and partner helps us reach more people. There is a place for you here.
Equip a school for AI learning, sponsor AI training for a group of teachers, or support a community project.
Give a few hours a month to teach digital and AI skills, lead a learning circle, or help run a community drive.
Our team has run CSR programmes with corporate partners. Host a programme, co-fund a project, or bring your team's skills to a community that needs them.
Care Education was registered in Punjab in 2010 by people who believe that learning, at any age, is how individuals and whole communities move forward.
Opportunity is not spread evenly. In many neighbourhoods and villages, adults never had the chance to finish school, young people lack the digital skills today's jobs ask for, and local problems go unsolved for want of a little organisation.
We work alongside these communities, not on their behalf. Our programmes are practical and local, and we measure success by what people can do for themselves afterwards.
To help underserved communities across India thrive through quality education, AI and emerging technologies, and community development led by local people.
Communities where everyone can learn, take part confidently in an AI-enabled world, and shape the place they live in.
The people behind Care Education bring years of experience in grassroots initiatives, CSR partnerships with corporates, and training and skill development.
Our founding objectives guide everything we take on, now and as we grow.
Raise awareness of the challenges faced by weaker and educationally backward communities, and provide help in cash or kind so people can keep learning.
Set up training in computers, fine arts, crafts, fashion design, music, yoga, physical education and other professional subjects.
In the long term, establish and run schools, colleges and training institutes offering sound education, in India and abroad.
Our programmes build on our team's experience in grassroots work, CSR partnerships and skills training, and grow with our volunteers and partners.
Local action on the things residents say matter most.
Practical skills and support to start small businesses, helping women earn, grow in confidence and support their families.
Yoga, physical education and sports activities that keep young people active, healthy and connected.
Cleanliness drives, tree planting and local improvements, organised with residents' welfare associations and panchayats.
Enabling learning that happens in the community, for every age.
Volunteer-led study groups where children get help with homework, reading and maths in a friendly setting.
Reading, writing and everyday numeracy for adults who missed out on school, at times that suit working people.
Talks for parents and residents on the value of education, girls' learning, health and the public services available to them.
Preparing schools, educators, students and communities for an AI-enabled world.
Practical training that helps teachers use AI tools safely for lesson planning, assessment and supporting every learner, and support for schools to become digitally ready and adopt new technology with confidence.
Simple, practical sessions that show students what AI is, how to use it to learn better, and why they should always check what it tells them.
Building on our digital literacy work: everyday digital skills, practical AI tools, and how to stay safe from online and AI-enabled scams.
Our programmes are built for people with the fewest opportunities, so most are free or low-cost to attend.
School-going children who need extra help or a safe place to learn after school.
Students and school leavers building skills for further study and work.
Homemakers and women looking to learn, earn and take part in community life.
Teachers and school leaders learning to use AI and new technology well in their classrooms.
Anyone who wants to read, write or get comfortable with a phone and the internet.
Our registered office is in Punjab, and our programmes are open to communities in every region of the country, delivered by our own field team together with local partners, a nationwide volunteer network and online learning.
We combine people on the ground with online delivery, so a programme designed in one place can reach communities anywhere in India.
Our own people work directly in communities, planning, running and following up on programmes on the ground.
NGOs, schools, panchayats and residents' associations who know their communities, building on relationships from our team's grassroots work.
Teachers, professionals and students in cities across India who give their time in person or remotely.
Live and recorded sessions in Hindi, English and regional languages, reaching people wherever they are.
Wherever you are in India, if you are a sarpanch, school principal, residents' association member or community leader, tell us what your area needs and we will explore how we can help. If you are a company looking for a CSR partner, we will work with you to shape a programme around the communities you want to support.
We set clear goals and measure our work against them, so donors, partners and communities can see exactly what their support makes possible.
